
3 Fonteinen Golden Blend
The Golden Blend is made with 4 year old Lambic that accounts for 25 % of it’s contents, the rest of the blend is made up by a secret combination of 1, 2 and 3 year old Lambic. The exact mixture is only known by the master-blender Armand Debelder himself.

3 Fonteinen Doesjel 2006
Blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic. Fermented and lagered in oak vessels. In this bottle the young yeast is brought to sleep ('ingedoesjeld') so the original lambic flavors are preserved. The lambic is brewed with 60% barley, 40% wheat, last years hop and the result is heavenly.

Beersel Lager
Brewed in collaboration with Armand Debelder (3 Fonteinen) and Frank Boon at De Proefbrouwerij, essentially a recreating of the original Bohemian Pilsener.

Crombé Oud Kriekenbier
A light, refreshing and very slightly sour cherry beer based on flemish old brown ale namely Oud Zottegems Bier. Light red in colour. A nice sparkling beer with a white head that disappears quite fast. A surprising taste. We expected more bubblegum and less real fruit.

Oude Gueuze Tilquin
Old Gueuze Tilquin is made from blending of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambics (Boon, Lindemans, Girardin and Cantillon). Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle. The newest geuze from Belgium, Tilquin started blending about 3 years ago.

Saison de Pipaix
A Wallonian saison beer, born with the brewery in 1785. Dry, normally hopped, slightly acidic, very spicy (black pepper, ginger, sweet orange peel, curaçao, star anise ... ). It's as far away as you can get from a saison we are used to. However, the brewery insists the others are not nearly as traditional as their own. A beautiful brew.

Monk's Stout
A fabulous stout. You'll clearly recognize roasted malts and with its nice bitterness and only 5,2 % alcohol, it is a thirst quenching beer. Just like Saison Dupont became the standard for all saison beers, we like to think Monk's might become the reference for all belgian stouts.

Schaarbeekse Kriek
A 3 Fonteinen kriek beer made exclusively with hand picked wild cherries. Originally from Schaarbeek but since there are no wild cherry trees left, they now harvest in Tollembeek. A wonderful, fruity and dry beer. Extremely limited.

Struise Witte
The first beer ever brewed by the Sturdy Brewers in 2001. This "Robust White" is a living wheat beer of high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Brewed with natural ingredients only.

Gouden Arend 125 years
The "Gouden Arend" is a strong golden beer with a surprisingly powerful and hoppy character, especially brewed in exclusive and limited edition for the 125th anniversary of the De Ryck Brewery. The name refers as a tribute to our founder Gustave De Ryck, who started the brewery under the name " Brewery The Golden Eagle"

Wolf 7
Golden beer with a firm white head. Aroma's of vanilla, white pepper and some fruitiness. Soft and creamy on the palate. A relatively new beer by an ambitious little brewery called Lupus which is Latin for ... You've guessed it.

Hanssens Oude Kriek
This is the result of blending black cherries lambic of different ages followed by a second fermentation in the bottle. Very tart, fruity, it even has a wine like aroma. Another wonderful product from the Zenne valley.

Petrus Aged Pale
A wonderful pale sour ale matured in oak barrels for 20 months. It is an undiluted beer, very astringent and vineus, a real brut the brut. There is a reference to sherry and fruit. At the end the classic acidity of the beer style is recognizable.

Sint-Amatus 12
A quadruple by De Struise Brouwers aged in Woodford Reserve barrels from Labrot & Graham, Kentucky. One of our favourites by this brewery.

Black Albert
A Belgian Royal Stout - referring to the beer style (blacker than black stout) and to the Belgian Crown (King Albert). One of the world's best beers. Period.

Cantillon Kriek 100 % Lambic
A very thirst quenching cherry based beer. 150 kg of cherries per 650 liters of lambic slowly matured in oak barrels. Top notch.

Cantillon Grand Cru Bruocsella
The Lambic Grand Cru Bruocsella Cantillon is a lambic which has matured for three years in oakwood barrels and has been selected for its exceptional colour, taste and flavour. Its taste derives from its dry character and its slight and discreet acidity.

Taras Boulba
Blond beer with a prominent aromatic hop taste with only 4,5 % alc. Fruity with hints of citrus. Very refreshing beer by Brasserie de la Senne.

Cantillon Gueuze Bio
The world's classic Gueuze. A blend of one, two, and three year-old lambics creates a second fermentation in the bottle. This gueuze represents half of the brewery's production.

Rochefort 8
The lighter cousin of Rochefort 10. Dark colour, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities.

Girardin Jonge Lambik
Undoubtedly one of the best lambics Belgium has to offer and we have it on tap, only at Kunstemaecker. A rare treat for those sour beer lovers.

Noir de Dottignies
A heavy stout on with a very rich taste, coming from six different kinds of malts. These malts also give it that rich, dark, nearly black colour. The royal doses of Challenger and Saaz hops bring the typical balance between sweet and bitter. A fabulous belgian stout.

Guldenberg
Guldenberg bears no resemblance whatsoever to any Tripel you may have sampled, except in color perhaps. It is very hoppy and malty. Made in small batches only on the weekends, they are quickly gaining a reputation as the best specialty beers of Belgium.

XX Bitter
XX Bitter is famous for it’s very bitter and strong flavour. XX is made with pale pilsner malt and loads of Brewers Gold and Hallertau hop flowers. A perfect combination that has been internationally praised. This ale has been a real trendsetter for the current comeback of bitter ales in Belgium.

Aardmonnik
Due to its authenticity, Aardmonnik receives as little sugar as possible during bottle conditioning in order to preserve all original aromas and flavours. This beer comes with little carbonation and a mini head. Aged 18 months on oak barrels, it is a blend of young and old Pannepot. A new take on Flemish Sour Ales.

Pannepeut
Pannepeut is a beer by the Struise Brouwers specially brewed for the Danish market. It is produced to express the brewers gratitude to all the Danish beer amateurs that drink their products daily. Since winter 2006, this beer’s popularity kept growing in Belgium at such a level that the production today equals Pannepot.

Cuvée De Ranke
Cuvee is an ale of mixed origin like many Belgian breweries used to make. The production process is nearly the same as for the Kriek, the difference being that no cherries are added. It's a naturally acidified ale in which we try to reach the perfect balance between sweet and sour. This amber-coloured ale contains 7% vol. Alc. and can age really nice.

Cuvée van de Keizer Blauw
Every year on the 24th of February, the birthday of "Charles the fifth", the Brewery brews the Gouden Carolus "Cuvee of the Emperor" in a limited quantity and with an eye on the highest quality and tradition. This unique brewing, with only extra fine Belgian hops and with a higher alcohol level, guarantees a better evolution in the time, than the already known Gouden Carolus.

Lupulus Blond
Lupulus is refermented in champagne bottles and in casks. The choice not to filter the beer, as well as not to pasteurize it ensures its taste and aromatic quality. The use of hops in considerable quantities, in the cauldron as well as in full fermentation, gives this liquid gold a freshness and an incomparable bouquet.

Achel Extra Bruin
Achel Trappist Extra is the latest from the tiny brewery at the St. Benedictus Abbey at Achel, in the Northeast of Belgium. The Extra is easily the best of the many Trappist beers. You will find this a very satisfying beer, with just a little malt sweetness, dried fruit flavors, warm sherry notes, and a brisk balancing backdrop of fresh hop bitterness.

St. Bernardus Tripel
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Gulden Draak
Gulden Draak is a dark brown Triple Ale, which makes it an exception among the Belgian Triples. The second fermentation offers the nice creamy head, the full body and all the vitamins of the centuries old brewers yeast. Gulden Draak balances a natural malt toffee-like sweetness with a mellow happiness and some hoppy accents.

Grottenbier
“Grottenbier” was created by Master Brewer Pierre Celis. It is an aromatic dark beer with 6.5% alcohol content. This beer with a high fermentation with a second fermentation in the bottle has been pointed out as one of the best 10 present-day beers by beer guru Michael Jackson.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze
Oude Geuze 3 Fonteinen is a completely natural beer assembled out of 1, 2 and 3 years old lambics aged in oak barrels. This geuze is a natural, unfiltered beer with spontaneous refermentation after bottling.

Moinette Bruin
A melange of 4 special malts results into this unusual colour, light darkbrown going into russet. The aromas of hop and special malts are creating the dominating taste in this beer. Moinette brune combines a slightly bitterness with a fruity touch.

Moinette Blond
Coppery blond with many fine hop aromas, the "Moinette blonde" is a very refreshing beer, thanks to its subtle balance between sweet, bitter and fruity. The selection of yeasts gives this beer its typical aroma and taste.

Girardin Framboise
A refreshing, slightly tart but very fruity lambic. The raspberries are clearly present in the aroma. Lovely!

Gouden Carolus Tripel
In spite of modern brewing technology, this beer is brewed according to ancient traditions. It unites, now as in the past, the best products of our soil: rich barley and fine hops. It's refined character, with a pure and rich taste, will captivate you. It is matured at length in cellar and bottle, and is guaranteed to be brewed only from pale malts.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio
This full-tasting, but deceptively drinkable, amber ale has a good fruitiness and a nice hop edge which tempers the caramellised malt. It is clean and precise, within an almost perfect balance of Challenger and Goldings hops.

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor
"Hopsinjoor" is a wordplay for the several hops which were used, and on the other hand the typical character of Mechelen. 4 types of hops are used: Golding, Spalt, Hallertau and Saaz. These hops were fractioned at several times in the cooking process in order to keep a maximum of aroma. The beer has a gentle, but nevertheless bitter aftertaste.

Chimay Tripel
Of a golden colour, the Trappist beer combines sweet and bitter in a rare balance. The beer's aroma felt in the mouth comes from the hops' perfumes: above all, they are fruity touches of Muscat grapes and raisins, even ripe apples. This traditional Belgian beer is best savoured fresh at a temperature of from 6 to 8°C.

Chimay Blue Cap
This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odour, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

St. Bernardus Prior 8
This delicious beer of high fermentation has a ruby purple colour with a full malty and fruity taste. This beer has a beautiful round froth due to the second fermentation with a taste that creates a perfect balance between sweet and sour.

Valeir Donker
Valeir Donker has an aroma of caramel and malt, it has a soft bitter taste which will entice even those who don't like dark beers in general.

Arabier
A pure malt beer brewed with flower Nugget-hops from Poperinge. It has the special dry-hopping taste and aroma, so appreciated by beer lovers all over the world.

Houblon Chouffe
An ‘Indian Pale ale’ type of beer, with a harmonious balance between a marked bitterness (three types of hops are used to make it) and a pleasant fruitiness. The Houblon Chouffe is unfiltered, and re-fermented in the keg.We have it on tap!

Biere de miel bio
This amber beer with has a dominating taste of organic honey. It's not a sweet beer, however. The sugar fully referments in the bottle creating a beer with strong honey aromas and a complex taste.

Liefmans Goudenband
This is a brown beer of high fermentation, matured for 4 to 8 months at the Liefmans cellars. Goudenband has a smooth body with a dry, complex, caramelish maltiness. It's ridiculously tasty. We mean it.

Dulle Teve
Dulle Teve is Flemish for Mad Bitch, but since the US goverment doesn't really like the name, it is sold as Tripel outside of Belgium. Is is an all malt brew with white candy in the kettle with refermentation in the bottle. Alc 10 %. Rumour has it that it's name comes from the brewer's stepmother, who is still alive mind you.

Papegaei
Papegaei (parrot in Flemish) is a blond beer brewed with fresh hops! It has a rich malty taste and soft aftertaste. Papegaei undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is unfiltered and not pasteurized. Papegaei gets its name from an inn in Diksmuide, Belgium which is now a beershop.

Valeir Extra
A floral, spicy, aromatic and well balanced beer with a hoppy aftertaste. You can clearly taste passion fruit. It's everything we love about Valeir Blond, times ten. We have it on tap, permanently!

Girardin Gueuze
Regarded by gueuze enthousiasts as one of the best of its kind. An authentic gueuze with a a slightly milder taste than most others.

Girardin Kriek
Of all filtered cherry beers, this one might just be one of the best with a soft cherry taste. Brewery Girardin is best known as a lambic supplier to breweries such as De Cam and Drie Fonteinen

Avec les bons Voeux
Since 1970, Dupont has been brewing a special beer to give as a new years present to their best clients. (the name of this beer “Avec les bons Voeux de la brasserie Dupont" means "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont"). Because of the increasing success, they commercialised this “present” but kept the name.

Pannepot 2010
Pannepot is after named a type of a coastal fishing boat from De Panne, Belgium. Because of the absence of a harbour in De Panne, the boats were shallow so they could easily be drawn onto the beach. Pannepot is a seriously dark and heavy beer you need to have tried at least once in your life.

Boerken & Boerinneken
Boerken (Farmer) is an amber abbey style beer, fermentation in the bottle. It has a slight bitter malt taste and a volume rate of 9.5%. Boerinneke (the farmer's wife) is a blonde abbey style beer, fermentation in the bottle. It has a sweet hop taste and a volume rate of 9.5%. You can't have one without the other.

Gouden Carolus Classic
This Mechelen Emperor’s brew is brewed with dark, well-balanced malts according to the classical infusion method. The aromatic malts and high fermentation process combines the warm roundness of wine with the light freshness of beer. Because of its high density of 19° Plato, this beer is classified under ‘special beers’.

Oud Beersel Oude Kriek
An artisanal product, made from real cherries and lambic matured in old barrels. They are slowly absorbed into the lambic, which develops a fruity character and a ruby red colour.This beer is unique in its type because it contains around 400 grams of cherries per litre. It has no added sugar and contains no artificial flavourings.

Nikka Pure Malt Black
"Black" is a pure malt whisky made primarily with the Yoichi malt, and it has a solid, bold taste. " A superb whisky with just the right amount of smoke, peat and sweetness. It compares with any whisky from any country. Clean, delicate and delicious.

Westmalle Tripel
Westmalle Tripel is a clear, golden yellow Trappist beer that undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle (9,5% alcohol). It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance.

Tripel Karmeliet
Tripel Karmeliet is still brewed to an authentic beer recipe from 1679 originating in the former Carmelite monastery in Dendermonde, Belgium. Written over 300 years ago, this recipe describes the use of three kinds of grain: wheat, oats and barley.

St. Bernardus Witbier
This traditional Wheat beer has been developed in cooperation with Master Brewer Pierre Celis, the Godfather of Hoegaarden and Celis White. This beer as well has a second fermentation in the bottle, giving this beer its specific taste.

Rochefort 10
There are some beers of which you can say that they are part of our heritage and that you must have tasted at least once. One such beer is 'Rochefort 10 ", an authentic Trappist beer, brewed in the smallest of the three Walloon Trappist abbeys.

Jefferson's Very Small Batch
This handcrafted bourbon has been aged, forcing the bourbon to expand deep into the barrel and pull out the prevalent flavors of the wood. These flavors of vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits assure an incredibly taste and finish. Pure Kentucky gold.

Jack Daniel's Gentleman Jack
Gentleman Jack is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. After reaching maturity it receives this blessing again, giving it ultimate smoothness. Gentleman Jack is full-bodied with fruit and spices. You'll enjoy its rewarding taste.

Connemara
Connemara's smooth sweet taste and complex peat flavours make it a truly unique Irish whiskey. No other Irish whiskey combines rich smoky tones with delicious fruitiness and vanilla tones whilst retaining the traditional smoothness.

Amrut Fusion
Amrut Fusion is a mixture of 25% peated Scottish barley and 75% unpeated Indian malt, both mashed and distilled independently. The result was matured in old and new American oak barrels at the distillery in Bangalore.

The Belgian Owl
The Belgian Owl is the first whisky ever made in Belgium with barley grown in Belgium! It received a whopping 95,5 % in the 2011 Whisky Bible.

Springbank 12 Cask Strength
An amazingly full bodied whisky, rich with a thick and oily texture. It has a very rich taste of oranges, tangerines and clementines as well as a hint of cocoa. Take your time for this one.

Auchentoshan Three Wood
Triple distilled and matured in American bourbon oak; this whisky is finished in Spanish oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks. The result: a Lowland single malt rich with dark fruits, thick butterscotch, roasted hazelnuts and the signature smooth taste.

Scapa 16
The delightful heather-honeyness of this single malt is exceptional. The rarity and purity of this malt compel one to sip a little more carefully and to savour the subtle bled for longer. A worthwhile experience.

Talisker 12 Limited Edition
A special bottling for the Friends of the Classic Malts, this is a 12 year-old bottled at the classic Talisker strength of 45.8% and is a definite step up in depth and class from the always-terrific 10 year-old. Spicy, peppery and complex - delicious.

Glenlivet 1995
A 14 year-old Glenlivet 1995 bottled at 46% from a first-fill Sherry butt by top independent bottler Signatory. This looks like a treat.

Balblair 1989
Long known to blenders as a category 'A' malt, Balblair is a terrific malt whisky worthy of far greater exposure than it has previously enjoyed. A delicious easy-drinker with so many appealing characteristics.

The Glenrothes 1994 Vintage
This Vintage was put together with the thought of showing an uplifting expression of The Glenrothes. It contains the character and complexity of all The Glenrothes expressions with a zestiness which may pleasantly surprise even the most regular of Glenrothes enthusiasts.

Glen First Class 50 %
This Whisky is from Speyside`s only family run distillery, famous for their Whiskies maturing in Ex Sherry Butts. Fruity notes of apples and oranges plus the typical Sherry markers like cherries, honey, coffee and chocolate.

Ileach Cask Strength
Ileach Cask Strength received a huge score in Jim Murray's 2008 bible, this is a single islay malt, by the Lagavulin distillery. If you like Laphroaig, you will like this one too. A young and heavy peat bomb that takes no prisoners.

Tullibardine 1988
The 1988 is a light, refreshing malt that exhibits all the quaffable characteristics of the Tullibardine family of single malts. With hints of vanilla on the nose and white chocolate in the finish, this is a well-mannered malt.

Ardbeg 10
Ardbeg Ten Years Old is revered around the world as the peatiest, smokiest, most complex single malt of them all. Yet it does not flaunt the peat; rather it gives way to the natural sweetness of the malt to produce a whisky of perfect balance.

Whyte & Mackay
Whyte & Mackay’s unique double marriage maturation process produces a distinctly full, round blended scotch whisky with seductively smooth, rich tones. Silver medal winner at the ISC 2010.

Pig's Nose Scotch Whisky
This unique brand of whisky, produced by a small distillery, is reputed to be “as smooth as a pig’s nose”. A relatively new brand that's both quirky and memorable yet taken seriously by whisky drinkers.

St. Bernadus Abt 12
The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the St. Bernardus beers. It is also the beer with the highest alcohol content (10.50 %). A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation. Thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, the beer can be smoothly tasted.

Saison Dupont
Saison Dupont is a top fermentation beer with refermentation in the bottle. Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in the farm-brewery, during the winter time. During summer, this very thirst-quenching beer was served to the “saisoniers” which were working on the fields.

Oud Beersel Oude Geuze
Oud Beersel Oude Geuze is one of nature’s miracles. Oude Geuze is a blend of lambic from different years. Blending the lambic produces a sparkling beer that is made in accordance with time-honoured traditions. Its notable hop and fruit character is much appreciated by beer fans.

Duvel
Duvel is indeed a devilish beer, full of contrasts and surprising discoveries. Its golden-coloured appearance and refined, silky taste with complex aromas hides an 8,5% alcohol content. Lush aromas include citrus, apple, hops and yeast. Flavours of pale malt appear throughout.

Leute Bokbier
Leute Bokbier is a heavy dark top-fermented beer that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle or the barrel. It has a very aromatic taste, not too sugary, but full and mild in the mouth. In Flemish 'Leute' means 'fun', and that's exactly what beer should be.

Orval
Orval is often referred to as The Queen of Trappists. It has a complex and unusual flavor and aroma produced by a unique strain of yeast. The beer is light in color, slightly cloudy, and has a large, foamy head. There is a complex aroma of leather, spice, and many other earthy components.

Rodenbach Grand Cru
Rodenbach Grand Cru (Alc. 6% Vol.) is a blend of “young” beer (33%) and an older beer (67%) that has matured in oak vats. It is the high percentage of the older ripened-in-oak beer that gives it the intense bouquet with a very long aftertaste like a Grand Cru wine.

Oerbier
Oerbier is the first beer from De Dolle Brouwers and officially dates from 1980. Oerbier is a heavy, dark ale with a Scottish accent, made of six different malts, three hop varieties and candy. The aroma is fruity and soft and creamy texture is remarkable.

Omer Traditional Blond
Omer is made of excellent summer malted barley from the Loire region (France) and pure water. During the brewing process sugars are liberated that will serve later to nourish the yeast. During the cooking process 3 varieties of hops are added to give the beer the specific aroma and bitterness.
